RATES, FEES & DISCOUNTS

• ADULTS – $50/lesson (180min)
• ADULTS – $45/lesson (150min)
• ADULTS – $40/lesson (120min)
• ADULTS – $35/lesson (90min)
• TEENS – $40/lesson (120min)
• TEENS – $35/lesson (90min)
• Youth (Age 7-11) – $35/Lesson (90 Minutes)
• Youth (Age 2.5 – 6) – $30/Lesson (60 Minutes)
• Portfolio Preparation – $30/Lesson (90 Minutes)

When siblings are attending classes, a 10% Discount applies for the second, third, fourth…child.

PAYMENTS

1. Payments are to be made to Prestige Pro-Art Studio by either Cheque/E-mail transfer (HST extra and the invoice will be provided) or Cash (No HST if you are choosing this option with no invoice provided).
   Payments are made to either cover 8 classes in advance or the entire year. The last payment covers May.
2. Parents will be paying the quantity of lessons that are provided by school according to the educational calendar. There are no classes during our Canadian Statutory holidays, EXCEPTIONS are PA days. We will have an option to run Day Camps for an additional charge ($90 dollars per day 9:00am – 5:00pm, lunch included, bring your own snacks/water bottle, extended hours are available until 6pm for extra $10) for those days off regular school. So, if you do wish to apply, please contact us in advance as space may be limited.
3. We do not provide refunds for any missed classes, instead we offer make-up classes.
4. In case if your child has missed 4 or more classes in a row there are multiple options for your money to be returned:
   A. If 4 classes are missed due to illness we provide refund of the entire payment ONLY if the medical note is provided.
   B. If 4 classes are missed due to travel or “other” reasons we will refund half of the payment.
5. In case if you wish to stop taking art lessons at our school there are multiple options for your money to be returned:
   A. Before 1^st of February – we return the entire amount paid for the rest of the school year. We do require 2 weeks notice for us to find a replacement.
   B. After 1^st of Febuary and Before 1^st of April – we return half of the payment paid for the rest of the school year. We do require 2 weeks notice for us to find a replacement.
   C. After 1^st of April – no refunds
6. “Prestige Pro-Art Studio” reserves the right to decline any services to be provided to those students, who do not follow school’s regulations and can put a negative input on the educational process of other students in class. In this case, the school will inform parents and return the money paid in full for their child.

Prestige Pro-Art Studio– Regulations

We are so glad that the demand for our children and adult classes is so high! With the number of students attending our art academy, it has been quite difficult to figure out the best policies to protect our business and also be fair to our students.

We are very proud to offer our students personalized, ongoing classes where they do not have to wait for the beginning of a session and start their classes with their interests and talents in mind.

We have seen many students ‘disappear’ for weeks on end, only to show up when the class is completely full, so we do have to keep these policies in place to keep classes small and to be fair to other students. Every lesson is prepared individually, and we work very hard to accommodate everybody’s schedule. The extra time it takes to prepare everyone’s individual lesson is extremely important to us, so please call us ahead in cases of any delays or missed classes.

Since, it has been noticed that some students were taking advantage of their freedom with time and infrequent attendance; we are changing our policy starting this January, 2020.

New Regulations for class cancellation/missing class/or coming in late as follows:

Pick up and drop off

Students should be punctual and responsible, attend on time and leave on time due to the space Limitations. In the event of leaving later than scheduled without notice (10 minutes or more) a $15 fee will be charged. In the event of late attendance the class will proceed as scheduled and will not be prolonged for any reason. Parents are responsible for pick up of their own child. In case if someone other than the parent is coming to pick-up your child, the school needs to be notified and that person must present an ID with them.

Class cancellation

You may cancel your class due to illness/urgent situation/vacation only TWICE per 3 months. Make up class will be scheduled for those classes missed. No refunds or exceptions are to be made.

Missed classes without any notice.

There will be no make-up classes allowed for missed classes due to illness or holidays without notice. There are no discounts, refunds or credits for classes not attended. If you miss your classes two times in a row without letting us know – your spot will be given to the next student on the waiting list. No exceptions.

Publicity

The Prestige Pro-Art Studio reserves the right to photograph and video tape all classes and use the images for publicity purposes and promotional material. Please inform us should you object to the use of your image or your child’s image in promotional material. Please Note: Artwork used in the School’s promotional material including brochures and on the website may not credit the artist.

Peanut Products/Allergies

Due to severe life threatening allergies, no nut products are permitted in the School.

What to wear

Please dress in clothing that is comfortable to work in and can get paint on.

ENROLLMENT REQUEST

We will call you to confirm placement and process a payment over the phone (we accept all types of credit cards).
